Lightsabers don't heat the air around them. In fact they only give off heat when they come in contact with a solid. I would link you to the Wookiepedia article but I'm on my phone. If you care enough though you can look up the lightsaber article on wookiepedia yourself.

OR You could read Fate of the Jedi Outcast the Fate of the Jedi Omen. In Outcast Aaron Allston made it so that heat could be felt from a lightsaber. The canon was patched up in an explanation in Omen that the laser heats the air and the shield is there to protect anyone nearby as the heat would burn the user and anyone close to a crisp. So if a blade is dull, that's not as bad as the balance being off?
Plus considering a lightsaber is just a handle (the "blade" isn't real), how would that be impossible to handle (pun intended)?

In swordplay the weight of the blade allows the wielder to feel where the blade will go. A lightsaber will easily just chop the inexperienced to bits due to this, thus Padawans learn using foils, vibroswords, or training sabers that don't cut. Jedi and Sith use the Force to tell them where to properly swing so that they don't kill themselves. Very few non-Force sensitives have learned to use the lightsaber due to this.

plasma is extremely dense (it's also the 4th state of matter in case you didn't know). Oh and the reason the plasma doesn't fall out of the force field is because only solids can pass through, gas doesn't (look at air on the space ships) liquid (the second movie with the gungan city, underwater) and then plasma

1) Lightsabers aren't heavy. That's been proven in canon through the EU
2) Lightsabers emit a "blade" of light that super-heats the air surrounding it, giving its ability to cut. Not plasma. Proven in canon through the EU.
3) And if you're calling Episode I (the only SW movie to deal with the Gungun capitol) the "second movie" you need to learn to count again. :/ Fail nerd is fail.

I was bout to say that but then again it's all relativity. Our solar system is also moving so getting back to that same spot is impossible at least in any of our lifetimes.

If I had a lack of one why would I be on this site? You assume I don't have one because you cannot tell a good joke.

True about where each gets their money, I didnt think about that and it's correct. But my argument still stands. Except now instead of the money lost from pirated songs being taken from the artists, the same is happening to the record companies. Record companies won't be able to afford the artists they have signed and sure as hell wouldn't sign new ones. They would eventually be forced to drop the artists they have signed. End of most record companies there. And then even if the artists goes on their own, now it's about 120% more work for them to produce a new album, more money, and more people needed. Though they make money from tours and concerts, you don't seem to realize how much money an album would make if everyone just bought it normally. Led Zeppelin was perfect without any illegal websites. So was Pink Floyed. The Who? The Beatles? You don't need people stealing music to have a successful band.

It wasn't completely holy, but it was somewhat religious, making it holy in the literal sense of the word.
And it was powerful regardless

It was not holy in a literal sense. They were not pious. At all. It was only because the Pope endorsed it.

And powerful does not mean empire.

If they're American, they have had at least a few years of school for phonics to become a part of them. Even other countries should have basic grammar in their language.

It was kind of holy- it did with Christianity
It was sort of Roman- the main Catholic Church was located in Rome
It wasnt an empire, per say- but it was powerful as hell- the churches were more powerful than the leaders of countries themselves, so it can somewhat be considered an empire

They slaughtered people who disagreed with them. Not holy at all. And it only had the church because the Pope wanted to stay in power and Charlemagne and the Franks had power.

It wasn't Roman. That that at the end of the Dark Ages, after the fall of western Rome. The only Romans left were the Byzantines, or East Rome, who didn't come into play until later then they tried to take back Italy. l2history.

Back in the days when wars involved bows and arrows, the winners who's middle fingers remained stuck them up to flaunt it to the losers and said "pluck you" while the losers lost their fingers during the battles and over time the saying has evolved to "**** you" somehow... Yeah true story

I'll go to the old nagging mother retort: If everyone jumped off a cliff, would you? It's 1.29 on iTunes for the popular songs. Judging by how hipster the amirite community is, you probably won't be buying a crap load of them songs anyway. And even if you did it's not THAT much. What's the big deal? As a I said, it will all eventually add up. When the few people downloading illegally turns into a LOT more than a few, the music industry won't be doing so good. When artists figure out that they're working hard just to have their art that they've worked on stolen right from them, and they get less pay, they won't be making music. They're going to realize "well if I'm doing this for a handful of album sales, what's the point?". Which means no more music for you to steal.

lol I wrote a 20 page thesis on pirating media. In some cases, like books, there's nothing wrong because Libraries already did that and authors still make a living. In others, television, they are being attacked by DVR and TiVo so they lose that money. Every other media is surviving. Musicians need to QQ more.

And just so you know, pirating has shown a correlation to increase in sales for certain, well made, products. They pirate to see what they like and test the waters and buy to support that which they like.
