Two things: firstly, COMPLETELY different scenarios. The US is trying to remove ILLEGAL immigrants because they do the same work for a lower price, creating an unfairness in the labor market and lowering the nation's GDP per capita.
Secondly, it's not America's point of view, it's the US's point of view. America refers to the entire American continent, from southerrnmost Chile to northernmost Canada. Brazilians, Venezuelans, Cubans: they're American too.

United States of AMERICA. It's perfectly acceptable to refer to the US as America.

Why not, it's the heritage of southern california, which was once a part of mexico. people should be able to feel proud of where they are from and not ridiculed by closed-minded people like you. No American is just American, we all come from somewhere.

No place is any better than any other place. Just because you have you're preference doesn't mean America sucks

I'm willing to bet everyone that voted yya is definitely not a parent and has absolutely no clue how to raise a child. You need to expose babies/kids to public situations. That's life. Deal with it. Although, I do hate when people let their babies scream or young ones run around, they indeed need exposure but the parent also needs to discipline them. If they can't behave, leave.

Bringing a baby to the movies is just a bad idea. I've never seen a patient baby.

No. The legislative branch has the highest power, then comes executive, and finally judicial. In the US system the judicial system is the weakest, albeit not by far.

Does England even have a president? I thought they had the Prime Minister. Which is way different. They aren't even close. "President" doesn't have an "m" in it!
No seriously, they don't, do they?

I was in 1st grade- 6 yrs old. During school, I was blissfully ignorant. I went to school, but we were on lockdown. I was less than 100mi from the city. Kids couldn't get picked up [my school only has 2 grades- kindergarten and 1st] I went on the bus, got home, and I knew my dad was home because I saw his far. I was confused. When I went inside, I saw my mom in tears and my dad had a look of pure shock. They were staring at the towers on TV.
I was confused, but I learned about what happened. I'm so thankful my dad forgot his phone and had to go back and get it, otherwise, he would have been involved in that terrible attack.

I feel kind of bad that I really didn't care too much at the time. I knew I was 'kina bad' that towers were crashed into, but I don't think I understood the depth of the emotional toll it took on the adults who knew what was happening. Or that a lot of people died. To me the planes were just empty planes (I was really little). I still feel bad about all this misunderstanding though...

well it's hard to understand the whole meaning of the situation at a young age. It's only bad if you know, and don't care.

I was in fourth grade and the principal made an announcement that the towers we attacked and then we watched the news on tv the rest of the day. I don't think anyone really understood what was going to happen, it was sad :(

You're a sad person. The most beautiful clothes are couture and they are works of art, not meant for practical use.
