+141Thanks to the historical bra burnings, my mother gained the courage to go to school instead of doing what her parents were expecting to: be married to someone she didn't want, be stuck in the kitchen, and have 9 kids she didn't want. She ended up being a professor of physics at Yale and marrying the love of her life. Sadly for Simmeringfrog, woman with choices mean they aren't tied to his kitchen, the normal way he has of keeping them around. And that is why he is emotional about bra burnings, amirite?

-89Childrens books and drills are brainwashing kids, they dont need to learn about extremely rare experiences especially if they are traumatic... To "prepare" a child for things like school shootings, molestation, and "systemic" racism , would be robbing them of their childhood... I m sick when i hear about school children being put through shooter drills in school, or forced to read books on racism , these are the things that warp their minds...dont rape their innocence with your fear, amirite?
