1.0006849315 seconds, and all new clocks had the same difference, then the difference of 1/1460th every second would add up over each year and fulfill the remaining quarter of a day, to an exact total of 365.0 days. So such an unnoticeable difference of less than a millisecond extra for every second would be worth every year being exactly 365 days, amirite?

+24Time for some college football talk. We just saw the first College Football Playoff prediction show on ESPN. I think the CFP committee really screwed up. There is no way that Alabama should be listed at #2. They lost to a Texas A&M team that was, at the time, not ranked at all. That alone should have dropped Alabama to at least #15. Also, just because Michigan State has a come back victory against in-state rival Michigan, they are now #3? I don't think so. Finally, listing Oregon at #4 was the "last straw". Like Alabama, Oregon lost to a team (Stanford) who was unrated at the time. Amirite? More
