+75A rape victim has to suffer a lot. Similar, a person falsely accused of rape suffers too. He loses his job and doesn't find another one due to the blot of being accused of rape. He loses his prestige in society. He is mistreated everywhere. His family also suffers. "Rape laws should be strict but their misuse should also be curbed so that innocent lives do not get destroyed. +10In india, dowry is a very serious social evil. It is the cause of domestic strife and violence in most of the cases. Many women have suffered due to this evil. Therefore, demands to stop this have been raised several times and are still being raised. However, dowry system still exists in our society. There have also been some interesting trends. Nowadays, many girls and their families use dowry to BUY husbands. They think that if they have money, they can choose the best boy in the world. This makes the problem even worse. This way, they are promoting dowry. Even politicians and rich businesspeople give and take dowry in the marriages that take place in their families. Law says it is a crime to give or take dowry. However, those who give dowry are never punished. Why??? This makes dowry a persistent problem of indian society. I think girls and their families should also be punished if they give dowry otherwise dowry system will never end. Amirite?

+66One law may work great in one country, but that is not enough to actually implement it in another country. Each place has its own mentality, culture, etc. so the law's success and implementation would be different as well. Amirite?
