+80Since in the U.S. Constitution, juvenile violent offenders, such as age 10, can't legally be convicted as adults, all States (including Pennsylvania who sought to convict then-11-year-old J. Brown as an adult) need to make that law so that juvenile violent offenders or their lawyer do not have to point that out or face the possibility of the juvenile being convicted as an adult, amirite?

+72Two counts of first-degree murder should carry an automatic death sentence in all States that have the death penalty, amirite?
+83In every State that has the death penalty, anytime a defendant on death row is found guilty again of the same crimes in a retrial, the judge/jury should be permitted by law to keep the defendant on death row. So that a retrial if granted, would not be an advantage for the inmate to automatically get off death row, regardless to being found guilty again of the same crimes. Amirite?
