How weird would it be to have another way to measure time? For example, something based on tens called chronos, with 100 chronos in a day, each broken into 100 mikros. Imagine the confusion: "What time is it over there?" "Fifty sixty-nine." "...what?" "Oh, sorry, I'm using chronos, not hours. It's 12:10." amirite?
The most controversial spell in the Wizarding World is "Fetus Deletus," amirite?
@1515593

Yes, but...

1. It has never been posted on amirite? before.
2. I did not copy and paste this post from some random site. My friend jokingly told me that "Fetus Deletus" was the spell for abortion, and I thought it was funny, so I originally rewrote it in a post saying how it was controversial.

Why are you people so inclined to criticize a post's originality? Not saying that you haven't, but most of the time, the said criticizers never had heard about the joke until they googled it. Just enjoy the post! Maybe it isn't the most original thing ever, but it is original to amirite? and at least rewritten so that it isn't word-for-word.

"WithCondomous NoProblemous"

It's weird when someone says "literally" about something that is clearly literal, for example "I was literally the first one there", as if saying "I was the first one there" might make us question what they meant. amirite?

People use it for emphasis. EMPHASIS.

@1515616

But I made it an original idea by using the spell's name and relating it to society.

It's a bit suspicious that Santa has the same wrapping paper as your Mom, amirite?

I don't care what people think... Santa might not be real, but I still believe in the magic of Christmas :)

You don't really hear about bi-sexual guys, amirite?

I hear about bi WINNING guys though

@Courage_Wolf Following along with post, I guess that would be 'erectus protectus' or something :/ I'm glad the author didn't...

Just because they would be lame in the book doesn't mean that they aren't amusing... These spells aren't suggested to be actual ones, only ones made in fun.

Let's play scrabble: PESNI. You got spine, right? Like hell, you dirty pervert, amirite?

@twisted_memories I missed that... I liked this post better when it wasn't about Harry Potter in my mind :(

It's posted in Harry Potter because I thought that the people belonging to that group would enjoy the post.

It seems like whenever it snows, every school but yours gets cancelled, amirite?

I KNOW! I'm always like "Mom, why is my school still open? It's snowing." And she's like "We live in South Florida..."

Sigh Parents just don't understand...

Rebecca Black must hate movie theaters. SO MANY DAMN SEATS, amirite?
@Sun She hates football stadiums, too...

I was debating between that and movie theaters, but picked the latter because you actually have tickets with assigned seats for football stadiums

@Courage_Wolf That was hardly enough to make it an original idea. The central idea of this post is 'Fetus Deletus', without it...

But if I had just wrote, "The spell for abortion is 'Fetus Deletus,'" that wouldn't be very funny.

@CatMan Haha! You're hyped ;]

haha Yah... I tend to get overexcited with things like this...
