I see your point.
Pretentious piece of shit
Paying only for government services I use is efficient and fair. Donating to services to help the poor should be my choice. A private charitable organization would be ran much better than the government. This is because the government doesn't really have much to lose if it's mismanaged. It just means another fraction of a trillion in debt and forcing citizens to come up with the cash.
Murder and taxes are two completely different issues. Do laws stop murder? No. This is because murderers lack the morals & ethics that tell them murdering is wrong and secondly, if their ethics tell them murder is wrong, they probably don't give a shit about breaking the law anyway. Not wanting to pay taxes doesn't exactly bring up a big ethical dilemma like murder does. The average tax payer on the other hand follows the laws because it's the only option they've got.
I know you can't possibly agree with every single law that exists. Now take the laws you disagree with and ask yourself if there is really anything you can do about them except wait and hope with anticipation that maybe someday you'll be able to have a choice in the matter?
Actually it's money.
I always thought it was weird that when I put the people in the lake of lava, they drowned.
Don't go in dry.
