Hi! My name is Lindsay. I like math and science. And cats are pretty cool. I knit, sew and bake a lot.
Favorite amino acid: phenylalanine
Favorite animal: Cat
Favorite class: Tie between AP Biology and AP Calculus AB

Favorite videogame: The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
My life and ambitions.
I have no idea what I want to do with my life at all, which kind of sucks because I'm supposed to start college next year. How the am I supposed to know what I want to do for the rest of my life when I was seriously born not that long ago? I wanna be a doctor and travel around the world and help people But if things don't go as planned, I'd make a darn good housewife
A brief history of my life.
Made in Pennsylvania. Not as high quality as Amish furniture, though.
The things I could never live without.
My cat, because he makes me smile, even if he's doing something annoying like unraveling all of my yarn. Usually, when my stuff gets messed up, I start flipping tables, but when he does it, I'm like "D'awwwwww!"
My favourite books, TV, music, movies and food.
Books: The Scarlet Letter, Brave New World, As I Lay Dying, To Kill A Mockingbird, Pride and Prejudice, Lord of the Flies, Animal Farm, The Picture of Dorian Gray
TV: Breaking Bad, That 70's Show, Good Eats, Weeds, Awkward
Music: The Beatles, Regina Spektor, Ingrid Michaelson, A Fine Frenzy, Aretha Franklin, almost any classical (but mostly Beethoven and Chopin)
Movies: Princess Mononoke, Gran Torino, Kill Bill
Food: Cottage cheese, sauer kraut, chirashizushi, apples, honey, corn
The coolest places I've visited.
Miyajima is the coolest island ever. Deer come up to you and you can feed and pet them and they're so gosh darn adorable. Also, there are snow monkeys, but those are kind of scary because there are signs saying not to look at them or else they get mad and attack and/or throw poop at you.
In my free time I like to...
Knit cute things, sew dresses, bake yummy food, and spend money I shouldn't on things I don't need. Being alone is nice, too.
“You can never be overdressed or overeducated.”
"Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things."
"See if you can't leave me an inch from where the zipper burps ends, round, under my, back to my bunghole, so I can let it out there if I need to. "
