About me.
Salutations, my comrades! I've actually been on amirite? for a while, but I just recently decided to make an account. Also, in case you were wondering (I know everybody is interested in me because I'm like, so beautiful and intelligent and modest), my username is my initials and has no relationship to PEZ, the candy, which I find mildly enjoyable. Nor is it a euphemism for sex. Don't lie to me. I know you where thinking that. I spent probably an hour trying to come up with a cool, hip username like you youngsters, but in the end, as I do with most things, I said "screw errybody i'll create my own damn username that's way better than all of y'alls" which can apparently warrant some judgmental stares if said in public.
Well, to actually make use of this "about me" section I shall tell you about myself. I am liberal, like most people on this site, but am most definitely not a left-wing extremist that won't listen to anybody else's opinion. I like to debate, especially with people who know their facts and won't crumble and/or react violently when I oppose their beliefs. Also, I'm an atheist, but accepting of all religions. Religion has caused many wars, but it has also helped people in it's own way. Well, I'm not going to write an editorial here on hot-topic issues, but I would love love love it if you messaged me about anything, and it doesn't just have to be about politics or anything serious at all, really.
Some weird interesting facts about me is that I have two uvulas. It's that throatal flap in the back of your mouth (by the words of Sokka from Avatar the Last Airbender). Most people have one. I have two.
My dad is from Iraq, and my mom is from Ohio, which is where we live. My dad is Muslim and my mom is Christian, which is something you don't see everyday. Though people say I don't look anything like my dad.
I play the violin, volleyball and do track. Not an interesting fact per se, just thought I'd include it.
As for music, I listen to mostly alternative and rap, but not the "gotta get me some bitches and hoes and drink alcohol and do whatever else makes us look badass" kind of rap. I listen to political rap like Macklemore, Lupe Fiasco (the absolute genius of rap music), Nas, 2pac, Immortal Technique and Flobots. For alternative bands, I like Rise Against, Rage Against the Machine, Alexisonfire and so on.
Currently reading The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.
Also, I was wary about including this, but I am 14 years old. If anyone dares to tell me I'm too young to be on this site, I am not afraid to throw my Super Exclusive Polly Pocket dolls at you to prove I am a full-fledged adult. Be scared.
