+11It's intersting that Newt Gingrich believes that the Judical Branch was intended to be the weakest branch of government. He also believes that courts should be reformed so the President can order any judges that make "Anti-American", his defintion of this being secular, decisions be arrested via US Marshals, and forced to testify in front of congress in order to justify their decisions. This is a blatant violation of the checks and balances set up by the framers of the Constitution. Amirite?
