It would be really cool if instead of turning the Harry Potter books into movies, they could've made them into TV series. Each book will be a season, and each chapter an episode. It would've been much cooler, plus they also would've been able to fit every detail of the book, add in extra details, and show us more about life in Hogwarts. Amirite?

I think people would have gotten pretty upset. They've kind of done like with books like the vampire diaries and all, but they just used the characters and the basic settings and story lines and added a lot more for drama and stuff to "entertain" the viewer. In the end, I think the series would turn out even different from the books than the movies.

Middle schools should have free periods and lounges. (for students, not teachers) amirite?

Well I guess we know how old you are...

Girls: When you're on your period your vagina smells terrible. amirite?

I don't get the point of saying things like this. It's gross and no one cares...

It is pretty scary that helium, which is a crucial element for MRI scanners and floating balloons, is believed to be nonexistent in about 30 years, amirite?

No floating balloons? In 30 years birthday parties will change. Forever.

Teachers shouldn't be allowed to make you sing in front of the class for a project, amirite?

...Unless its choir class

It's annoying when companies or websites decide to purposefully misspell their names in an attempt to be "hip" (ex. flickr, tumblr, Digg), amirite?

I hate it when people spell "c" words with a k. Like Krazy or Kountry.

They hide too many dangerous side-effects behind smiling faces, amirite?
@Sledge How does the picture relate...?

In commercials they usually have scenes of people having fun and playing around while they quickly cover the adverse side effects. A distraction of sorts.

For all those who are saying the paramedic should have done his job correctly, you should know that ribs breaking during CPR is very common, due to the pressure you are supposed to put on them.

Starting a comment with "This is probably gonna get downvoted but" is pretty much a sure fire way of getting voted up, because the majority of the amirite community will pretty much go out of their way to prove that no one can accurately predict their behaviour, amirite?

I downvote it anyway because people who do that annoy me

high school changes people. amirite?

I don't think it's specifically "Hogh School" but more of the age you are during high school. It's the age when (most) people start changing and hopefully maturing.

At some point in your life, you've considered yourself depressed, amirite?

Well, I've "felt depressed" but I've never thought that I should or could be clinically diagnosed with depression.

It's crazy to think that we're essentially the first generation to grow up without the ability to sympathize with the idea of racism. amirite?

Since when is rascism gone? Even in America, it is still around in many places...

If you had the opportunity to die for a day and see all of your friends, family, and co-workers' reactions, you would do it, amirite?

I personally think it would be terrible to see my family and friends in such pain. Also, a lot of parents have marriage problems after the death of a child, I wouldn't want to see anything I couldn't un-see

A racist rapist sounds worse than a regular rapist, until you realize that it's actually better because less people are getting raped. amirite?

Not less people, different people
